Translation Services

Software development projects include detailed requirements analysis, iterative development processes, and comprehensive testing. Source code and documentation ownership will be specified in individual project agreements.

Technical documentation is created following industry best practices and client style guides. We ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability of all documentation deliverables.
Terminology Services
Our terminology services include database creation, management, and tool development using industry-standard formats and tools. We provide ongoing support for terminology database maintenance.
Intellectual Property Rights
Client Content
Clients retain all rights to their original content and materials. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client materials and do not use client content for any purpose other than agreed service delivery.
Deliverables
Unless otherwise specified in individual agreements, clients receive full rights to completed deliverables upon payment. This includes translations, technical documentation, and custom software solutions.
Tools and Methodologies
We retain rights to our proprietary tools, methodologies, and general expertise. This includes our Tb-Scout v3.3 terminology tool and our developed processes and templates.
Third-Party Materials
Any third-party materials, libraries, or tools used in service delivery will be properly licensed and attributed. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary rights for any third-party content they provide.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
Confidentiality Commitment
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. All team members and contractors sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements before working on any client projects.
Data Processing
For terminology and translation services, we may process data in various formats including databases, Excel, XML, TMX, TBX, XLIFF, and JSON. All processing is performed securely and in accordance with data protection regulations.
International Transfers
If international data transfers are necessary for service delivery, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and obtain necessary consents.
Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected clients promptly and take immediate steps to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
